Refund Policy

Ready to wear outfits

You can request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your order. The outfit must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all tags and packaging intact.

Made to measure and altered outfits

Outfits made or altered to your measurements cannot be returned or refunded. If the fit differs from the measurements you gave us, we will alter it free of charge. If it differs from our stitching standard, we will correct or remake it.

Damaged or wrong items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will exchange it or refund you in full.

How to request a return

Message us on Instagram or visit the showroom with your order details. Once we approve the request, we will tell you how to send the item back.

Refunds

Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method within 7 to 10 working days after we receive and check the returned item. Shipping charges are not refunded unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Cancellations

You can cancel a ready to wear order before it is dispatched for a full refund. Made to measure orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
