Avyaan Creations is a Mumbai based men's ethnic wear brand operated by Avyaan Creation Private Limited (CIN U14101MH2024PTC424189), registered office at A5 Todi Industries Estate, Sun Mill Compound, Delisle Road, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400013. Our showroom is at 4th Floor, Essgee Option, Shop No. 434-436, Near Tilak Bhavan, Dadar West, Mumbai 400028.

Products and colours

We try to show our outfits as accurately as possible. Colours may look slightly different on your screen, and handcrafted embroidery can vary a little from piece to piece.

Orders and pricing

An order is confirmed only after we accept it and receive the agreed payment or advance. Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless we tell you otherwise when quoting. Prices may change without notice, but a confirmed order keeps the price it was confirmed at.

Made to measure orders

Outfits made or altered to your measurements start production after confirmation. The measurements you give us are used as provided, so please check them carefully.

Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and can shift during festive and wedding seasons. We will keep you informed if your order is delayed.

Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are covered in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The Avyaan name, logo, designs, photographs and videos on this website belong to Avyaan Creations. Please do not copy or use them without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Avyaan Creations is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or our products. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights as a consumer to approach the forum where you live or work, disputes will be handled by the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Complaints

For any complaint about a product, service or this website, contact us using the details below. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days.
